Ken needs some love too!

I finally found the new Fashionistas kens while doing one last holiday shopping! I picked the ones with the best hair.
The body is great and I have only one complaint! Why cant the legs move to the sides like Barbies? It does make dressing a bit easier. Always a step backwards with Mattel, I swear!

The new heads are cool and makes rerooting easier ;-)



I finally broke down and bought the beach outfit just for the orange shirt.

Artsy Prototype

Got her off ebay real cheap to use as a body donor. I was upset when I noticed her necklace was glued on, then discovered more things that made me believe shes a prototype! The auction description wasn't in detailed at all.

Her eyes and lips are hand painted. I can see the sealant and faint paint strokes. Her clothes are a better quality and nicely done up! The boots, purse and belt are all painted rather than brown plastic with pink paint. The necklace is glued on and her legs are thicker!

Overkill Display

This is not a permanent set up! Just having fun setting up and figuring out ideas. I'd like to add some more pieces and find a bigger space. Need to work on color schemes. I have plans for a bar/club, a diner and a salon!

Salon Beauty Silvermist

New line of Fairies with super long hair!!




Nahh... just kidding, I re-rooted her! I can't decide whether to trim her hair or not.

Silvermist just joined Rosetta and Tinkerbell in the Garden Party line, a Walmart exclusive? No other stores have them! And $15 seemed kinda high considering the others are like $10.

Generation Girl Mari

A long time ago, Ms. Leo of I-Luv-Dolls inquired about Mari. At the time I only have a head that my friend gave me. She was kinda hard to get, well for me at least.

I've since add a few to my collection.


Her fish tails are too cute!



Mari's fashion pack is so random, harajuku? I don't think it match the personality that was given to her. The green top does come apart to be worn alone; the best part of the outfit!

Mari Re-root

I had plans to update Mari, what she would look like after high school. Was gonna add some red in a side part style; but then I read many hated the red and prefer black with bangs!



She turned out beautifully! I do have 2 more that desperately needs a reroot, what color do you want to see?

Random stuff

The new "I can be" fashions, nurse pack. I picked this one 1st to go with the previous nurse outfit.
The shoes do not match the fashion at all! What kind of nurse wear this type of heels to work!?



The target exclusive barbie glitz dolls were on sale once more so I grabbed a couple. I loved the dresses but the whole package wasn't worth $10
