Thank you guys! It was so fun working on her. I cant wait to reroot my own!

Unfortunately, after all the hard work.. the owner claim the doll was lost but tracking said it was delivered.. You know how the post office work... they will not refund you if their tracking GPS coordinates say it was delivered.
The owner requested a refund. Knowing i did my part and knowing its not my fault, it is a bit odd to request as such....
I would have done another replacement doll

she is gorgeous. sucks she supposedly didn't reach her destination. i love how they demanded a refund right away. just wait for paypal to let you know what to do since the person is a well known scammer in the doll world. sorry you have to go through this :(

My posted pictures of the commission are proof that it was completed. The doll was packed, and shipped through the USPS. Tracking information through the USPS website indicate that the package was delivered to an individual at the clients PayPal shipping address.

All Priority Mail includes insurance up to $50 and I did state the value when purchasing postage. In tracking it does say INSURED under Features :)
Since the package was delivered USPS will deny any insurance claims.

G and "attorney" J D husband,
Seriously stop sending me emails and threats. I have no control what people say on dolly boards- they were sharing experiences and based on it I believe you got the doll. I hope you enjoy her! If you feel the doll was cheap why did you even bother filing a PayPal claim ?

What a gorgeous re-root Cyano!!I might have to get one myself! I've had a package lost int he mail in the past. It was not considered the fault of the seller. The Post Office would have been at fault, but it had a status of 'delivered' so there was nothing they could do. I did not hold the seller at fault. We worked it out together. They were nice like you. Sounds like what you've been dealing with is a bit ridiculous, Cyano. Your customer service and over all demeanor is amazing. I'm sorry to hear they are being such bullies.

i feel the same way Michelle B . in the doll community is small and close knit. you don't threaten paypal claims right away and send a fake lawyer to do your bidding. you try to work it you and do the best you can. i never fault a seller when the usps messes up. it is not morally right. there are a select few nightmare people out there so greedy and filled with lies they will never be believed or dealt with ;)

Thank you Michelle!
Based on the feedback for this individual, she is banned from most places and blocked by members, I go with the majority.
We all know the story of the boy who cried wolf. Who knows, maybe the post office did give the doll to someone else, but who would believe them? Focus your time at the one at fault here and leave innocent me alone.

If you don't like the TRUTH being said, then don't read it! The words are not here for you. No one is bullying anyone. We are sharing our bad experiences and hoping to warn others! Thank you!

You made it clear you wanted a refund and filed a PayPal claim immediately after I said NO. I have no interest in working with you after that. I am uncomfortable giving you any free work. You cried wolf far too many times how can I believe you? What did you do to get such a bad reputation. Why are you on the scammers list? I sure hope you showed your friends Doll Divas feedback regarding yourself and have TRUTHFUL explanations to all the "rumors and attacks" there and as well as why you are banned.

You said this wasn't my fault but felt I should be responsible for USPS "mistakes". First you tell me the Post Office deliver the package to a town with similar spelling and now hint that the package is stolen.
If you have so much crime in your neighborhood and don't trust USPS get a post office box. That little detail should be mentioned PRIOR to shipping the doll. GAIL , YA know there are extra services I could have added to ensure you get that package, but its no GOODE mentioning that now..

For the last time, tracking said it was delivered. You know that any insurance claims made by me will be denied by the USPS since it was delivered. The fact that it was delivered a USPS claim will be denied ! That means the USPS will not reimbursed a package that has been delivered. Do you get it ? I will file just to humor you though.

PayPal closed the case and there's no reason for further communication. Please don't contact me here or email. Life is too short
