MOTM: Nichelle

I just bought one nude! She was on my want list for a while.
Is her skin tone the same as Barbie basic model #004?

Think I'll leave her as is, but I did one for Sandra way back

I'm waiting for Model 004 to arrive. I'll do a comparison and let you know, but I believe their complexions are the same. Your re-root is beautiful

Thank you so much! :)

I saw Model 004 in Toys R Us, and she seems to have the darkest complexion. MOTM Nichelle could be the same shade or a little lighter. I don't have MOTM Nichelle although she's another on my WANT List :-)

You do such excellent work! Do you do frocking too? MOTM and Princess of South Africa are the same complexion. I have my Nichelle on Princess body. She can wear more clothes now. All the ethnic Barbie basic are moving fast! The black ones( all three) are sold out and there was one asian! The price point on the dolls was good and that is another reason they are moving! It was the best things Mattel has done in a long time!

MS LEO - Thanks for the compliment! I havent tried flocking yet, but it looks easy! Would like to give some kens "buzz cuts" and facial hair.
The Basic prices seemed fair (seemed like everything is going up!) The Top Models, I remembered started out the same price and comes with more stuff.
The Asian and the 3 AA are my favorites!

Ebony Nicole - I too cant wait for mine! Im loving my new Nichelle doll.

BDE - Thank you, I check it out now! ^_^
